Account Manager, Customer Experience
The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing and leading the client, program planning, program execution, building client relationships, managing client financials and Creative Group cash flow, engaging suppliers with client priorities, and bringing creative solutions to our clients. In addition, this role is responsible for consistently mentoring the Account Coordinators working on their team.
Sourcing Manager, Strategic Sourcing
The Sourcing Manager is responsible for spearheading the sourcing process and hotel contract execution for all client programs. The Sourcing Manager consults with internal and external clients during research of destinations and hotel properties as well as hotel contract negotiations to ensure client requirements are met, serving as the subject matter expert in both areas. Key internal stakeholders could include Account Executives, Account Directors, and Account Managers depending on the project.
Travel Counselor, Travel Services
The Travel Counselor is responsible for conducting proper research and making necessary travel arrangements for Creative Group clients. This position will require a strong working knowledge of domestic and international booking airline, car, hotel, tours and ticketing documentation.
PHP Developer, Application Services
The PHP Developer will work with the Individual Performance Solution team to eventually support all aspects of our proprietary software. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary.
Account Executive, Business Development
Develops new strategic business relationships and opportunities within the specified vertical markets with the ultimate goal of achieving increased sales and profits, and return on investment; identifies and analyzes new opportunities; is responsible for communicating effectively with other members of the Business Development team, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other functions.
Vice President, Business Services
VP, Business Services is responsible for the financial and risk management operations for the company, including the development of a financial and operational strategy, appropriate performance metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets, optimize owner’s investment and report accurate financial results.
Vice President, Business Development
VP, Business Development will have broad responsibility for increasing top line revenue, improving profitability, streamlining sales processes, leveraging emerging market channels, working closely with SVP, Marketing to effectively sell the Creative Group brand and identifying new product opportunities that align with the ultimate corporate vision. In addition, this person will work closely with the VP, Customer Experience to ensure sales and operations initiatives are completely aligned.
